This handy, easy-to-use and economical device is a great tool for detecting radiofrequency (RF/wireless) radiation.
You can use it to detect RF signals from mobile phones, wireless routers, WiFi devices, mobile phone towers, baby monitors, microwave ovens and other wireless devices.
It detects signals from 1 MHz to 10 GHz, which includes common 5G signals, and has an optional acoustic function.
It allows the user to monitor and control their exposure by detecting high sources in and around the home, school or workplace. For example, it can be used to determine whether Wifi is turned OFF or not, whether airplane mode is working, and whether there are any radiofrequency signals in bedrooms or workspaces.
The meter is manufactured by French company EPE Conseil which is known for its high-quality measurement tools.
As with all of our meters, it comes with instructions about how to use it, how to record useful information and what levels of radiation exposure are considered 'safe'.
